Cum arată trenul care „levitează” deasupra căii ferate, prezentat de China. Vehiculul atinge 600 km/h

China a prezentat marţi un tren maglev capabil să atingă viteza maximă de 600 km/h. Această viteză îl face să fie cel mai rapid vehicul terestru din lume, informează Reuters, citată de Agerpres.

Trenul va fi pus în circulație în aproximativ 10 ani și va merge pe ruta Shanghai și Beijing, potrivit South China Morning Post.

Trenul maglev, dezvoltat de China şi fabricat în oraşul de coastă Qingdao, folosește forţa electromagnetică, lucru care îl face să „leviteaze” deasupra căii ferate, fără a exista contact între caroserie şi şine.

Această tehnologie este deja folosită de chinezi de aproape două decenii, pe o scară foarte limitată. Shanghai are o linie scurtă de maglev care circulă de la unul dintre aeroporturile sale până în oraș.

Deşi în China nu există încă linii pentru trenurile maglev care să lege oraşe mari sau provincii, unele localităţi, printre care Shanghai şi Chengdu, au început să studieze acest domeniu.

La 600 km/h, ar dura doar 2,5 ore pentru a călători de la Beijing la Shanghai cu trenul – o distanţă de peste 1.000 km.

În mod normal, o asemenea călătorie ar dura 3 ore cu avionul şi 5,5 ore pe calea ferată de mare viteză.

Mai multe ţări, precum Japonia sau Germania, doresc să construiască și ele reţele maglev, deşi costurile ridicate şi incompatibilitatea cu infrastructura feroviară actuală continuă să le pună piedici.
